The 9 Question Structure

You are about to watch Liam use The 9 Question Structure, which acts as a road map for coaches during a coaching session. This is one of the frameworks that our students learn throughout our 12-Week Coaching Accreditation programme. When a coach knows the 9 question structure they will never be lost during a coaching session because even if the coaching session moves in an unexpected direction, it gives the coach a framework that keeps the session moving towards a solution.
