Mind Dissection

March 3, 2023

This is what it looks like to dissect a memory like a master surgeon. When we are faced with traumatic, damaging or negative memories, that memory holds a lot of power because of the way in which we remember it. There are 5 segments of a powerful memory. Those segments are. The Time it took place. The People involved. The Items involved. The Emotions experienced. And The Place in which it took place. Watch how separating those 5 segments into individual places within the mind can help slow the negative effects of a bad memory.
