Eye Integration

March 3, 2023

As human we store information in very specific places within the brain. Think of the brain as a very sophisticated filing cabinet. We file images in one place. We file sounds in one place and we file feelings somewhere else. When we are faced with a memory that causes us to feel negative emotions, there is a very high chance that we have stored all of the images, sounds and feelings of that memory in a drastic and uncomfortable way. We use Eye integration to process this memory in the way that it should have been processed when the even happened. Watch how Liam is able to completely ease the negative emotions that Becca has in relation to this memory, simply by helping her re-file the memory using eye accessing cues.
